About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide our HNI & NRI clients with a world-class service consistently with high standards of care. The job requires them to
• Onboard new clients
• Complete understanding of client requirements and real asset portfolio
• Deliver monthly sales quotas initiated by the business development head
• Maintain all relevant reports applicable for business development and execution on a daily basis
• Should train and mentor new hires in the organization
Requirements
Proven experience in business development and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make recommendations
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Understanding of the real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
