About the Role
Lead a team of transaction executives/ Managers
Track and monitor team performance by tracking activity levels and weekly reviews.
Responsible for achieving monthly /quarterly and yearly team targets.
Coach and guide the team to be more efficient in identifying prospect buyers and sellers.
Design innovative incentive structures which will help the team to achieve goals.
Should execute a plan to have connects with top gated communities in Hyderabad
Forecast revenue numbers for the team and share it with the senior management on a weekly basis
Encourage and Motivate the team members to develop creative thinking ability which will help them to develop new revenue streams.
Requirements
Should have minimum 4/5 years of people management experience in Real estate domain only ( Magic bricks , 99 Acrs, Square yards, JLL, Savills, CBRE and Anarock )
Should have extensive field sales experience (mandatory )
Should have extensive knowledge of Hyderabad real estate landscape.
Should have strong builder and developer connect in Hyderabad city.
Ability to work individually in the absence of a team
