About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide our HNI & NRI clients with a world-class service consistently with high standards of care. The job requires them to
• Manage Real Estate Portfolio of HNI and NRI clients and give solutions for liquidating their assets
• Client relation management and building the portfolio
• Build and manage builder network and manage the relationship with clients
• Should understand the complete real estate registration process end to end
• Proofread all the necessary documents provided by the client and suggest /procure additional packs basis the need
• Tie up with marketing channel and broker network to monetize the real estate asset for the client
• Strong engagement with brokers and other channels
• Give a solution for the client’s requirement and organize the client’s real estate portfolio
• Drive the revenue stream for the growth of the organisation

Requirements

  • Graduates with 0 to 5 years of work experience

  • Strong drive for results clubbed with excellent presentation skills

  • Good communication (with proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu) and interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge about the real estate landscape in Hyderabad and surrounding cities

  • Experience in the banking/finance/real estate sector will be an added advantage
